Recording King RM-993 resonator guitar

Recording King RM-993 resonator guitar

Recording King's RM-993's  metal body parlor resonator guitar takes the authentic sound of a full-size 9.5" hand-spun European resonator cone and places it inside a parlor-size, nickel-plated bell brass body. Using the same custom cone as Recording King's best-selling resonators, it gives you traditional tone a classic biscuit-style metal body, but more portable, yet punch design. The parlor body is lighter weight and easier to handle, and the shorter scale gives this guitar a unique voice, with extra top-end shimmer and clarity, perfect for swampy blues runs or gutbucket solo play. The RM-993 features just the right mix of tonewoods with a mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard adorned with mother-of-pearl dot inlays for the fretboard, and a hard maple bridge with ebony maple saddle. And, with the Distressed Vintage Green finish, also known as the Swamp Dog, the RM-993 is sure to impress visually as well.

Easy to travel, easy to take on stage, or anywhere you feel like, the nickel-plated RM-993 metal body parlor resonator is sure to be a go-to instrument in your arsenal. Backed by Recording King's famous attention to detail, each specification has been thought through to offer you the most authentic sound and feel for an instrument in this price range.
